We used to post these kinds of complaints on Audio Asylum and harass John Atkinson with them. I'm not doing that, I'm posting it here. 4 months ago, my magazines stopped coming. So, I did the right and proper thing and went to the customer service part of this sight and explained my problem. About a month later, I received a postal letter thanking me for notifying of my change of address (my address has never changed!). Still no magazine.
Guys, in addition to having great editorial copy, you need to get the flipping publication out to the people who buy it, ok? I know it's not your department, but it's somebody's department; and they need to hear from you.
