It turns out the culprit was AdBlock Plus. I disabled it for Stereophile.com, and everything is back to normal. Thanks to user untangle at Audio Asylum for the cure.
I'm running Win7 Home Premium x 64. A couple of days ago I upgraded IE9 to IE10. Since then I've been unable to post to this site using IE. I'm also having some minor difficulties on a couple of other sites. I'm using Firefox to write this post.
I'm running Windows Home Premium x 64. Disabled Java months ago. I use Firefox with Ad Block Plus, no problems. Same with IE 10. This site has always been slow and quirky ever since the big changeover, but I've never had a problem seeing content. You guys must have something else going on. I'm no computer guru, so all I have to share is my experience.
We investigated this problem. AdBlock Plus is identifying legitimate content as advertising and blocking it.
You need to reset your filter settings in AdBlock Plus.
