There seem to be fewer and fewer brick/mortar audio stores offering higher quality equipment. Speakers seem to be the most (at least one of the most) subjective components and yet it’s harder and harder to find a store (especially if you don’t live in/near a large city) to compare different speakers. There are certainly several great online stores (and many/most of them allow you a period of time to try them at home and return if you’re not happy); but, it would be nice if there was a way generally “classify” speakers to allow online shoppers to “pre-screen” possible choices before ordering. Is this something that’s “doable”?
