My first post here so hello everyone! I'm a long time vinyl junkie but until today have always had extremely basic setups. Due to a turn of events I am now in possession of some very nice audio gear, including a brand new Michell Gyro SE MKII with Rega RB303 arm

and a Peachtree Nova 150

Currently I own a pair of powered AudioEngine A5+ which I have been happy with, but I'm confused about how the Peachtree would interact with the powered speakers. I was considering not using the Peachtree at all for the turntable and purchasing a dedicated Phono Preamp such as the Vincent Pho-8, but after reading some reviews on the Peachtree I'm not so sure if I even need to do this.
Do I need to get a separate phono preamp at all here? Should I get some passive speakers, or can I use the RCA outs on the Peachtree and keep my AudioEngines? I don't mind spending a little cash on the setup, but if I'm good to go here then I'd rather buy more records!
Thank you for the help and patience with my silly questions.
