I can probably say "Yes" because of their existence since 2006, problem I think is their design it's a bit old and it can confuse some visitor they should update it make it a bit more you know colorful and trendy.

Yes you can trust them. Some years ago I bought them a replacement speaker and everything was OK. You can call them for any advice but I don't know if they can talk english
