This week I broke down and purchased the Rega P-1 for $400 with shipping from Needle Doctor (highly recommend them!). It was very easy to set up although the instructions left a lot to be desired and for the money this is a great turntable.
So far I only have to records to listen to but what I did notice right away was that the music tended to be softer. Sometime in the near future I am going to add more vinly but for right now I just want to enjoy it. Here is a question though...what do you purchase on vinyl? i was thinking making a list of my favorite 10-20 all time albums and seeing if they are available on vinyl...
