Hello,

Recently another forum hosted a topic comparing planar speakers to the more usual dome/cone box variety.
While the strengths and weaknesses of each design were generally agreed upon, one point was left for debate: the size of the sweet spot.
Can someone familiar with both kinds of speakers offer a qualified opinion - is the sweet spot of (typical) planar speakers smaller or larger than that of (typical) conventional (box) speakers? An explanation would also be highly appreciated.
