Power Conditioners - Best Value?

Snake oil or necessity?  I know... it depends on your particular situation.  I will be plugging in only three things - a tube integrated amp, my CD/SACD player, and my turntable. The power conditioner will be plugged into a dedicated AC outlet.

My former main system was plugged into a Tice Power Block.  The TPB is too big and heavy for the new space and the new system.  There are so many options.  What is the best value in a power conditioning unit?

The best value IMO is to get

The best value IMO is to get a dedicated line for the system. Put in one of those PS Audio filtering outlets (or similar) and you're good to go. After that, I'd audition first because you may not gain a lot more depending on your locale. PS Audio and few others seem to have smaller conitioners today than the old Tice cubes.

Any experience with:  PS Audio Duet ($295) or Audio Power Power Pack II ($280)?
