Hi i'm planning to buy Grado's sr225i, so i can finally listen to my collection of cd'c at decent quality. However i'm aware that there is a long way between earphones cable and the disc itself.
What components do i need to make them sound good? For amplification, I'm considering one of Shiit's headpone amp, which looks as a good value. But i still don't know what sould i use to play those cd's, so here i also need an advice. I guess plugging the amp to my laptop isn't the best alternative, is it? :)
I'm still just a student, so my possibilities are quite limited. thank you.
