Ok so I am getting back into hi end stereo sound after many being absent years from the scene..Now that digital seems to be the best choice I have been trying to source hi quality downloads and was steered to the company PONO .. WOW what a frustration.. I am not sure if it is complete incompetence or what seems to be a bit of racism going on with them. After multiple attempts to buy music from them with possible thousand of dollars to spend to start off with a basic catalog of music they seem to be not interested..Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe hdtracks is a better choice for high bit rate music? Seems that Pono's only form of payment is a credit card which is fine but they seem to not like my card for reasons they are very unwilling to share.. good card from a good american back that I use everywhere ..can only figure it must be my last name since they refuse to reply with any kind of fix...I guess when you have hi profile people bank rolling your company , customers are a bit of an inconvenience. Can anyone help with suggestions on a company that has a good size catalog and 24 bit rate downloads that is reliable in helping it's customers?
