1. From the player's Home Menu, select the Network icon.

2. Select the SMB share that you want to access and enter your username and password, if applicable.

3. Navigate to a folder that contains the tracks that you want to play back gaplessly.

4. Press the Option button on the remote control, and select Gapless play from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen.

5. Gapless playback of the tracks will begin.

Note: Gapless playback is only possible if all of the files are of the same type. For instance, if you have a folder with a mixture of both APE and FLAC files, gapless playback will not work properly.

Thank you for the instructions. I did try all of this, and it does not work with SMB. There is always 1-2 second gap. If it is working for anyone, it would be great to know. B

Are all of the file types the same?
