Another one of my binaural recordings I believe recorded onto a cassette, so the sound is not as pristine as my other recordings, in fact I would say it barely qualifies as an audiophile recording. The guitar is a takamine cedar top acoustic. Cedar tops sound very different than the sitka spruce you're familiar with, its a much thicker more midrange type of sound, also the guitar is tuned to open 'd' (DADF#AD) so the voicing is different. The sound is some what fuzzy with a very forward midrange there is also alot of string squeak, recorded some 15 years ago, this was the very first open d tuning song I ever wrote.
