I have two audio systems in my home...one is 100% music and has the best stuff I can afford and the other is built around my video system, includes vinyl, and only has high end affectations in its above radio shack cable selections. This system had an ancient Sony WEGA 27" TV as the video source. Well, it has been dying for months and this week it went. We have house guests and they asked when I replaced the big old TV with a tiny 13" TV while waiting for the flat panel from Amazon.com, why the music was so much better. I hadn't noticed but it really was.
The RFI from that big old beast must have infested the entire system. Today the video system sounds better than any change I have made to it.
