The MODEL NUMBER is required to find useful information; not the serial number.

Those speakers are the kind of thing that is commonly used in an auditorium or bar room for loud music, but not particularly good sound quality. In otherwords, they ain't high fidelity.

If you want to go to a high fidelity system, you need to start from scratch.

Hopefully I am in the right place. Have a pair of older Cerwin Vega loudspeakers, serial numbers 218 and 219, and their plates say the model number is 15-215. Trying to figure out the recommended wattage for these puppies. Have been running them off a Mac 4100 which seems to do fine, but am thinking of getting some newer equipment.
