First I hope the amp fits well into your setup. I haven't owned one recently but have owned several of Klaus's amps in the past, as well was a dealer for Symphonic Line. Klaus and I traveled together, and have had many good times. I hope the Khartago has found a good home :)
I have been a great fan of Odyssey for years only because of what I have heard their products do.
I have a V close friend with two Khartago's
One is the stock version, the other is the Khartogo Extreme.
Do not expect boomy, home theater style bass.
The bottom end is authoritive, but with control & musicality.
Do not fret about the power rating on the Kartargo, either.
Its abilities are far beyond its published rating.
What you will also get is speed.
The amp will add life to all the music you play through it.
I have heard many other Odyssey products too.
Many in my own system.
I have not come across a better value in many, many years.
I believe you will be quite pleased once you get to spend some time with your new amp.

Any thoughts on this amp? I heard one at the CAF & decided to order one. I've been using a Dynaco ST-150 for years & recently replaced it with a borrowed Crown D-60. What a difference. I finally hear some bass. I'm expecting much more when the Odyssey shows up. Thank's in advance.
It looks like a lot of amplifier for the money, but I find it odd that there are no ratings given for power into an 4 ohm load.
What speakers are you going to be using with it?
If you really want it to have some cojones in the bass department, I think the Stratos Plus, with the increased power supply capacitance and power, would do a much better job.
I have heard my friend's Khartogo Extreme drive my speakers & my other friend, Dan's 802di's.
Michael, who owns both amps, has V hungry three-ways.
No lack of bottom end in any of the examples.
You would be V surprised how much clean, musical low-end power the Khartogos have.

It is spelled Khartago (NOT Khartgo...and NOT Khartogo...lol).
You can verify this at the mfr. website.
I am sure that the manufacturer would be gratified if you will take the trouble to at least spell it properly.
The Khartago Plus and Extreme versions have twice the power supply capacitance of the standard Khartago, which would certainly improve bass performance over the standard model; that was the point I was making.
My sincerest apologies to both you & Klaus due to my deprecating, mindless & inexcusable abomination of the misspelling of Qdyssey’s Khartago amplifier.
Niehter my sepllchceknig sotfwrae nor I are pefcet (all the time).
My point was only that if you were able to spend time listening to the different iterations of these amps in your own system, as I have, they would display characteristics of amplifiers with much higher advertised power specification than those listed by Odyssey, regardless of the model.
Should you ever get the opportunity, I highly recommend you listen to them.
Then please share your impressions with us.

The Khartago came in today. First impressions very good bass, nice high end. Can't wait the roughly six weeks it takes to properly burn in. Tomorrow, I'll listen with LP's.

More capacitance, better LF performance.
I can't type on my computer or phone! LOL.

I would have thought two weeks constantly playing would be plenty.
Not with my wife. I don't have a dedicated room so I can only listen when she's at work.
