Saw JIMV's rather unfortunately stated comment in the June 09 section, so I want to see what he says about it here.

I just want to give JIMV a chance to clarify his position on who JIMV thinks the "rabid dogs" are. I guess he meant the crazy regime in NK, but if so, he needs to say that's the case, because it seems like he's calling all North Koreans rabid dogs.
Or maybe he really is calling an entire race of people rabid dogs? Don't know... what say you, JIMV?
