I would love some advice. I pretty much joined up to do some reading, learn some things and hopefully get some questions answered by the experts.
I am brand new to the HiFi scene and am trying to pair a set of bookshelf speakers to an Icon Audio 20pp amp. The amp is rated at 15wpc and I am going to be putting the set up in a smallish room/ studio. I don’t need to “offend” the neighbors with my music so something that is audible/room filling but nothing over the top volume wise. The three different speakers that I have it narrowed down to are, Martin Logan Motion 15’s, Dali Zensor 3’s, and the KEF q350.
I listen to a wide range of music. This set up will be for pretty much every genre of music excluding hard rock and rap/hip hop. I tend to like guitars and classic rock. I am just looking for something that will give me the broadest range in clear sound. Thanks in advance!
