My name is Dani and I'm planning my first incursion in the HiFi world.
I have a huge CD collection and I'd love to listen to them in their full splendeour. I´d like an equipment that can give me clarity, sweetness and dynamics. I listen to everything from jazz to hard rock, going through alt, pop or soul.
My knowledge in HiFi is zero. I was surfing the web for weeks and now I need some advise.
As my budget is low my plan is to buy these combination of elements:
Amplifier: Marantz PM6006
CD Source: Marantz CD6006
Speakers: Monitor Audio MR2 or QAcoustic 3020
Later, I'll buy a turntable.
I'm going to put my system in a medium size room.
I don't know if it's a better idea to buy some vintage stuff or this new system.
I'd like to add that I love the valve sound but I don't know if there are any nice valve amplifier for less than 500$.
