I personally never had any experiences with all the above products but your Marantz NA-11S1 was highly regarded by a reviewer in Stereophile and other pro reviewers, so IMO sound quality wise with other formats your Marantz might be still superior or at least similar level as the Mytek Brooklyn + Bluesound Node2. You only gain MQA by going this route.
You will have to step up significantly in order to get better sound quality plus MQA from what you have now.
It's just what I think.
