As promised, I'm putting my new lab together -- So ELK can have me run tests on fuses and inductive loads...well ....maybe 
My intention is to finish the design ideas and development of two mono-blocs I have had thrashing around in my noodle for some time now.
I am currently building 4 new dummy loads (old ones are tired) - two static and two dynamic -- I have just ordered some massive heatsinks to do this and I'm going to do a Diary of the build of lab and amplifiers.
So I expect to get loads of Stereophile type criticisms of my designs. muwuhaha 
Right now though I have been having thortz (DUP spelling) on what Monitors to install this time --- before I had Tannoy CPA 12 (12 years old) - but they are now my rear speakers in my surround sound rig.
The Tannoys were great with detail as their concentric treble was so precise. I wonder what is about today that could be delicious...
anyone have any thoughts ?
Must have huge dB/Watt sensitivity (Hear a flea fart through them)
Fairly flat spectrally
Not electrostatic (No space)
Not Full range ribbon ( no space)
can be flown (raised on wall mounted speaker stands)
Carry between 20 to 200 RMS
