Hi - I'm looking for help with contacting Musical Fidelity. Here's some background on my situation...

I purchased an M1clic through Music Direct and am experiencing audio drop outs when running 24/192. I'm running over a wired network, I have the appropriate flac compression levels, my software is updated to the current version and it still happens.

I first reached out to Music Direct who guided me to Randy Bingham who is listed as the Musical Fidelity US contact on their page. I sent him an e-mail, no response. Gave him a call and we chatted for a couple minutes, swapped a couple e-mails, and then just nothing. I e-mailed him two days ago asking for assistance on how to return the unit for a different one and he is just not responding.

I'm now at the point where I am going to have to call Musical Fidelity directly in the UK. I'd really prefer to save myself an international call. Does anyone have anyone in the US (or someone in the UK that I could e-mail) I could contact to resolve this?

Any help would be seriously appreciated.
