Thanks but I tried that. Randy has been absolutely worthless. He asked me to convert some of my 24/192's to a different flac rate, I did, the problem was still there. After that he has basically gone radio silent except one response that achieved nothing. I've asked for an address to send the unit to to swap it or repair it - nothing. Basically I am left with I am going to have to call England because he won't help me. I really don't get it at all. I'm happy to post the whole exchange to support what I am stating - it's truly mind boggling that a company would have such horrid support. Thank you for the link / thought though.

it is important to share both positive and negative issues w/ these companies. Too often, (so-called) customer service is non-existent, unfortunately.
