I have a Meridian 508-24 bit which I've had for several years now. I'm in the process of buying or building a DAC to play PCM and DSD files on my system. I was wondering if it would be worth connecting the Meridian to the DAC via the optical or other digital connection.
The Meridian was known for it's outstanding DAC but that was years ago and I curious to see if a newer dac would make any difference.
