Hoping to post this in the right forum ...

I'm in the process of setting up the streaming of music from my Linux Mint HTPC to the Marantz SR6008, and I'm facing several issues.

My set up is composed of:

- Marantz SR6008, connected to the wired home network
- HTPC, OS Linux Mint 17.1, connected to the wired home network
- Music library including MP3, CD-Audio files (16/44.1), FLAC & WAV files (24/96)
- Marantz Remote Application for Android, version 1.1.4

I've trying the following UPnP / DLNA Media Servers, but the SR6008 does not want to play any music file via none of these:

- Asset UPnP ---> installed in emulation mode via WINE
- Asset UPnP ---> installed as package for Linux
- Logitech Media Server ---> installed as package for Linux (I'm using it with my SqueezeBox)

I can properly see the above-said media servers, and all my music library, by browsing the SR6008 Media Server by means of the Remote Application.
However, the SR6008 rejects to play any file ---> "Cannot play the file" is the message I got on the remote application.

Strangerly, the same set up was working with no problem of any kind when the SR6008 was connected to a Windows XP HTPC.

Is there anyone of you guys can help me please ???
Thank you so much !!!
