Hello, i'm fairly new to Stereophile so forgive me if this is an old topic.

I have the following audio set up:
Marantz PM8000
2x Bowers & Wilkins 803 matrix 1
A tv with HDMI but no stereo out

So I bought an Apple TV 4 and I wanted to connect it to the television, and I want the audio coming from my stereo speakers. But it is an old stereo speaker so there are no digital inputs or whatsoever. So I can't hook up the Apple TV to my stereo and my stereo to my TV (like a modern receiver).

So I came with the following idea. I want to keep the PM8000 because I love the sound combined with my B&W. So I want to buy a Marants SR6001 or SR8002 which gives me the ability to hook up a lot of digital products (like an Apple TV), and I connect it to the TV. And I want to connect the audio output from the receiver to the PM8000, so the sound comes from the PM8000.

Short:
SR6001 or SR8002 passes video feed to television and audio feed to PM8000.

With the connections on the back of these three amplifiers/receivers, is this possible?

I have noticed some pre-outs and I have processor in- and outputs. But i'm not in to this stuff so I have no idea if it would work.

Please help me out.
