There are several speaker companies that prodoce amazing speakers in that price range. What specifically are your challenges with B&W? For real atmos you are going to want in cieling, etc... Are you looking for all 9 speakers. You will want your fronts and center at lest to come from the same line. What will you need to amplify, just the pair or all 9 speakers?
Revel's Ultima Line is priced similarly and competes very directly with B&W, offers a center channel and (albeit large) the Ultima Gen 2s for rear speakers and they offer an extensive line of in wall/cieling speakers. You shoudld try and hear the Ultima Salon IIs which I believe are priced similarly to the 802s or the Ultima Studio IIs which are less at about $16K/pair.
Magico recently introduced a moderately priced wall mountable that can be used as a surround and have an S series Center Channel. They offer no in-wall/cieling though. The Magico S1 MKIIs are $16k in base finishes per pair and are spectacular.
Wilson offers a variety of center channel speakers and the Alida's could be used as surrounds. The Sabrina's are $16K/pair and again, are extraordinary. Wilson offers no in wall/cieling speakers.
I personally like Ayre Acoustics for amplification with Magico or Wison. Mark Levinson is the sister company to Revel and they match very well and should be considered. Classe is designed to pair well with B&W and will perform bets.
Raidho, Legacy, Wilson Benesch, Kef's Reference line and a bunch of other companies make amazing products and might work depending on your exact need.
Similar by the price (11000$ each) and by the quality..
It's for home theater Dolby atmos. 5.2.4
Amps are needed also.
Like Bierfeldt said above, Magico, Wilson, KEF Reference Series or even the Blade Series, Revel Ultima series are great options besides the B&W. I would like to add Focal Sopra or the Utopia line or the Vienna Acoustics as well as the Sonus Faber (at least the Olympica series or higher) to you lists and are comparable to the new B&W 802 D3. The B&W 802 D3 retails for $22k/pair.
In my dedicated HT setup I myself do own the B&W 800 D3 (front speakers), B&W HTML1 D3 center speaker, B&W 804 D3 (surrounds) and B&W 805 D3 (surrounds back).
I'm currently using the Classe SSP 800 preamp surround processor (pre pro), Classe CAM-600 monoblock amps (pair) to power the front B&W 800 D3, Classe CAM-300 monoblock amp (single) to power the B&W HTML1 D3 center channel speaker, and Classe CA-5300 five-channel amp to power the surrounds and surrounds back.
Classe amplifications are the best match for the new B&W 800 series D3 speakers because the new 800 D3 series were designed based on Classe Delta Series amps. They are great match made in heaven. I'm not exaggerating. McIntosh amps are good for the B&W too but the Classe are better match for the B&W 800 D3 series.
In my dedicated 2 channel listening room I happen to own a pair of the Wilson Audio Alexx speakers driven by a pair of the Dan D'Agostino Momentum M400 monoblock amps and the D'Agostino Momentum linestage analog stereo preamp with the dCS Vivaldi full stacks (master clock/streamer unit, upsampler unit, DAC unit, CD/SACD transport unit) as my digital front end sources.
The Wilson Audio speakers, especially the bigger ones like the Alexx, ALexandria, Alexia, Sasha speakers best paired with the Dan D'Agostino Momentum amps. They are great match.
I found the B&W are perfect for HT use. They are actually my favorite HT speaker system.
The Magico, Wilson, Focal Utopia line are overkill for HT use imo.
Martin Logan are also awesome for HT use.

If you like the new B&Ws you may go and listen to Monitor Audios as well.
