I am looking for a music software recommendation. Here is my story. I am looking for something that will let me rip at least CD quality sound in WAV files, organize those files and reliably keep the organization once made...also, something that will let me associate album art with the WAV file would be nice.

I am using media Monkey today but, again, I opened it today and found the files either blank or rearranged. It is also refusing to let me transfer files directly to my iPOD as it used to allow...

What software, VERY easy to use, is there that I can upgrade to??? Something that is reliable and that has real customer service when/if I run into problems???

This software joins the list of software that crashed when I did the latest big batch of Microsoft security updates...

So far the following programs needed to be removed and reinstalled

Webroots Internet security complete
Adobe CS4
Webroots window washer
On One software's plug ins for Adobe photoshop
All Uniblue programs

and now Media Monkey...

Oh, and my screensaver refuses to work even when deleted and reinstalled.
