My old system is Nas --> M-Dac(as DAC and Pre) -->Rotel 1552 Power amp --> KEF R900
2 weeks ago I got my hand on a focal 726, and feel like the focal 726 is better sounding than my R900. (mainly listen to jazz, blue, female vocal, med volume) rooms size 5mx4m
so got my R900 sold and likely will sell my Rotel as well.
Now i am going to set up a new system. For now i am looking for bookself Focal 906 or back to KEF LS50 for the long term I am considering Focal 926 or second hand 1028b if I can find a good second hand. (need to save up)
Amp is looking PrimaLuna Dialogue Premium HP Integrated or McIntosh ma252 (NZ McIntosh is over price) (never thought I would go tube amp but after listen to PrimaLuna, they really sing)
Reason to buy McIntosh, because it's SS with tube preamp, and I have no experience with tube amp before. so guess it would be much easier to maintain, and get my foot into tube amp.
you guys got any suggestion, advice?
