whats the cost of something like this?
Definitely not cheap :-) but much cheaper than a new cartridge.
You should be aware that due to limited access to original parts I would rather call it a service than a rebuild. It has different diamond tip, cantilever, coil former and suspension it's sound is not original Koetsu sound. I would dare to say it is an upgrade but rather trying to use the potential built into this wonderful cartridge. It's magnet is fantastic as well as all other parts.
I still feel that this cartridge deserved to get a new life.
what the heck happened to this poor cartridge? The transformation is truly amazing,but it looks like it has been submersed in salt water for several years,then beat upon with a hammer,than "shat" on by a cow!! Hopefully this is not what Koetsu cartridges become after a few years of use!!
