I don't know the sound of any of that gear but it all has a good reputation. Don't forget you will need cables. If I might make a suggestion, replace the stock DAC and AMP power cables with PS Audio basic cables and consider Transparent Cable for the rest. You will also need some sort of power protection...again, consider PS Audio...good value for the money.
A final point...remember, digital changes fast, today's $1K DAC is replaced by a new $500 DAC in 2 years...sink the serious money into the speakers or amp.
Thank you very much! The Arcam rDAC will only run me $480. As you suggested, the bulk of my money will be on speakers/amp.
