It took a Democratically controlled Justice Dept. to cry foul and stand up for what is right rather than what is politically expedient. I'm no fan of Stevens but this seems to be either a case of vindictive political backstabbing or just plain corruption and incompetence on a grand scale. Gonzo's Justice Dept. once again stupidly thought it wouldn't get caught or that, if caught, it was above the law of the land. Either way, it's what we came to expect from the Bushies and Gonzo.
