will be pushing it for a pair in good condition. I don't know about Australia but here in the US there is a saturated market in numerous quality vintage speakers. Unless they are unique, rare, have a cult-like following or were very expensive to start with, used speakers 20+ years old will not have much value.
Yeah Jas, was just wondering if you still had your Mach 9s. I remember going to my local Hifi shop around 1985 and was blown away by the sound. I was about 20 (44now). These things left a major impression on me and are probably what got me into Hifi! They were compltely out of my price range (still would be) in those days I was a student struggling to pay for my bus fare. I think they were $1700 back then.
