I have the Yamaha RS202BL Stereo Receiver.
On the back, there are several RCA inputs. The speaker-outputs are actual speaker-level connections, for speaker wire.
I also have two Edifier R2000DB powered bookshelf speakers. THey only have RCA inputs on the back and no place to hook up speaker-level (copper) wire (presumably because they are powered speakers).
Can these speakers be safely connected to this receiver? If so, how?
I thought I saw something in a forum about buying an adapter for this purpose, but I am new to the world of stereo-building.
