A very lovely room, but how are the reflective properties altering the sound in your opinion?

Hi Jim, thanks, I'm very happy with this room. The speakers are about 4 feet (1.2m) away from any wall and I listen in the near field around 7 feet away from the speakers. So there's no problem with reflective properties. It still sounds quite OK much further away but it becomes harder to understand the lyrics. There is one problem though: there is a HUGE frequency hole at around 45 Hz in my favorite near field listening spot and I think it's impossible to fix it (except maybe with an equalizer...). Any ideas? Best wishes, Felix
