My goal here is to have a dj style setup at home. Just purchased a set of 3 Sonic brand speakers...huge band-looking size speakers. Huge. The problem is they all have 1/4 inch inputs (like a guitar). So I think I need a powered mixer, right? I have no idea where to start. Should I just randomly buy a used one on craigslist? Should I buy amps and mixers separately? Should I be looking for an amp with 1/4 outputs? I need help lol.
