Hey all,
So, I just recently acquired a Pro-Ject Debut III turntable. It's my first table and I am having a hard time setting it up. I followed the instructions here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MIK9WcSDtU. I did all of that to a T. The problem is that my vinyl always skips a few minutes in on any record back to somewhere towards the beginning. The surface it is on is level, I'm using brand new records that I cleaned with an anti-static brush and the tone arm isn't making contact with the tone arm rest either. I'm also using the stock cartridge that the guy at the store installed for me. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
