There are lots of good options in that price range. I like the Rogue Audio Sphinx. It has a tube input stage which softens the Class D output stage and makes it sound like a very good solid state integrated. Musical Fidelity makes a nice integrated in this price range. The Marantz is pretty nice. Rega and Roksan also have nice sounding integrateds. You will struggle to find separates in this price range that will come close to a good integrated in quality.

If not against tube amps check also Primaluna Prologue Premium.
It looks like just over 2k $ in US but Black Friday is not that far away... (though I don’t know if there will be a reduced price for this...)
