I did some online research and came up with the following specs for the speakers:
Sensitivity - 91 db/watt/meter
Impedance - 5 ohms nominal, 3 ohms minimum
Recommended amplifier power 50 watts per channel or more
Wow, You are apparently a lot better than me at searching because I had found lots of comments on the sound of the speakers but nothing technical. This is very good and will help a lot !

On eBay, someone is selling a 1999 article on the SC-V written by Anthony Cordesman in Audio magazine.
They are only asking $2.99, and I suspect that you might want to get that. I am sure it has detailed specs and valuable information.
