I have a pair of Sennheiser headphones model HD414SL. Had these for several years and recently got them out of storage and they won't work. Are these rather cheap headphones worth having repaired and if I get them repaired who should I send them to?
A lot of the Sennheisers are modular in construction and cna be easily repaired. Contact Sennheiser USA for information: http://www.sennheiserusa.com/serviceandsupport?00002
Thank you John. Should have done that before posting to this group.
Still, it's good to be a member here. Before very long I may need more important information from members here when I begin putting a new stereo outfit together.
When I had minor problems with Grados after MANY years of problem free use, I sent them to Grado (in Brooklyn NY) and they promptly fixed them up for a very reasonable fee. Nice job Grado. No "planned obsolescence" there. Glad to know Senns can be serviced too.
