Article talking bout' Harman purchased by KKR, says Harman had the first "receiver" amp/pre/tuner..I think Avery FISHER had the first one not Harman-Kardon, check it out Art D. Harman sure did better over teh decades, Fisher disapeared and became a joke a name put on junk. Harmnan has all the cool stuff $8 BILLION !!! Audio nivrvana for sure.
