I have emailed the folks at Halcro 2 times requesting information as to where the nearest dealer to me is. The web page says you'll receive a response within 24 hours ... it's been well past that time frame and still not a peep.
A few weeks ago I stumbled across a dealer in New York (Lyric Hi-Fi) that said in their "brands we offer" list that they carried Halcro ... when I rechecked a few days ago, Halcro was no longer on their list ... which makes me wonder if they've gone under down under.
