...that we all have in common sounds?
I was sitting and listening tonight thinking it might be cool to see how others might describe what they hear with the same recording. Comparing where in the imaging a certain sound happens, location of performers, etc...
Example: If we all have Kind of Blue, does the trumpeter sound spitty at the start?
Is Miles' trumpet centered, or slightly right?
Where is the piano?
Or, maybe for something like Dark Side of the Moon, what do you hear and where is it and where does it go?
Not so much dissecting as comparing experiences.
I'd love to read and learn about how others are hearing the same musical pieces!
Is there a common object, though?
Kind of Blue? Dark Side of the Moon? Moondance? Sargeant Pepper? Gaite Parisienne? Mule Variations?
