A while back Essence was saying that their Entry Level System with their model 1200 Electrostatic speakers and sub-woofer... outperformed some 100K systems !!

I found this on their facebook page...A Bold Statement!! Their entry level $$$3500 system can't be outperformed by any other system on the planet...at any price!!

Essence Audio has found a all new Electrostatic speaker that is even better than the Essence Electrostatic speakers that they were selling before! Essence is now selling the all new Audiostatic Electrostatic speakers now. These speakers goes down into the 20's Hz! and will cost around $2K SHIPPED !

They will not have these all new Audiostatic Electrostatic speakers in stock until December 2015. They say these new Electrostats are a major breakthrough they need no ac power! They also say these speakers will go all the way down to 20 Hz! for 2K!! If they do that they will have Sound Lab and all other Electrostats shaking in their boots!..

I don't think 20 Hz +-3dB can be done with a Electrostatic speaker...no mater what size the panels are! When someone reviews these new Audiostatic speakers...I will be shocked if they can even do 35 Hz !!
