Hey folks I've been looking around for a good pair of passive studio monitors. For a while I was favoring the KRK R6 but the Epos Epic 2's have really caught my eye. It seems they are really great speakers. I've been reading some really great reviews of the epic 2 and it now I am wondering how well they would function as studio monitors. It doesn't seem they provide too much coloration and they certainly have a better bass response then the KRK's.

So here's my question: has anyone spent any time with the Epos epic 2 as studio monitors?

Also, I would love any further recommendations for passive studio monitors
