Hey everyone,
I'm looking to buy my first entry level system. I've had the worse stereos for the past 10 years, but now that i'm getting older i'm looking for an upgrade.
Some things:
- i mostly listen to vinyl, or digital files.
- i mostly listen to Electronic music, but not the Techno style or hip-hope but
modern classical avant-garde style, think Stockhausen or Klaus Schulze and
you'll be close. But I also like classic style psychadelic 60's/70's music as well.
-the room i listen in is fairly small, but i still like to listen loud occasionally.
-i'm used to mixing on Dynaudio BM 6A MKII powered monitors.
I have about $1200 to spend, what routes would you suggest?
Ideally i'd like to have speakers, integrated amp, and TT. I'm also open
to buying in pieces, so perhaps saving for something a little better as
time permits.
