I am in the market to replace my 19-year old Sony ES CD player.

I have been considering Cambridge Audio's 550C/650C and the new Emotiva ERC-2. Does anyone have advice regarding these players? Emotiva seems to offer a lot for the money but I cannot find many reviews on this player.
