I have a Cambridge Audio Topaz SR10 Stereo Receiver and a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 230. My room is about 20x20 feet (6x6 meters), Frequency response of the speakers is 40Hz - 20kHz with the bass extension (-6dB) 37Hz. I am listening to jazz, classical, ambient and old electronic music mostly.
I have a good DAC (Asus Essence STX) and a basic record player (Yamaha P550).
Do you think I would benefit from a subwoofer? As my system is very basic, I'm thinking Klipsch R-100SW?
Or would I have something more worthwhile to spend that money on?
