I got an email but it doesn’t contain links. That section is broken. How am I supposed to log in to the app? This is the contents of the email.
I have the same problem with the digital subscription. I only received the email with the link for the January 2019 issue, weeks ago. I haven't received one for the Feb. issue and have no way to access it!
Same here. Complained to Zinio and they gave me the February issue but said that, with 3rd party subscriptions, it is not their responsibility.
Just resubscribed and didn't realize I'd have to do it through my phone. I don't have an ipad. I do have an iphone but really will be miffed if that's the case and will probably just cancel it then.
