In an effort to access an article appearing in the July edition of Stereophile, last Saturday I entered and paid for a "digital" subscription for the journal.

Now, as the erudition of the desired article rapidly depreciates from my value perspective, I find that this "digital" process may take several weeks owing to the sophistication of the order entry system.

The sales prevention team at your organization may require a polite rap upside the head to better comprehend the implications of "digital" in terms of availability, and prevent frustration and subscriptophobia from prospective buyers of your publication.
