Thanks for the quick response guys.

I see two versions of the Bitfrost, one is $349 and one is $449.

It looks like the $449 version has some type of USB upgrade.

Any reason to choose one over the other?

The only difference is that the USB version has a 3rd input, USB (and its associated circuitry), in addition to the optical and coaxial inputs.

So the $349 Schiit Bifrost should work. You might want to order it with the upgraded analog output, Uber Analog, for an additional $70.
