Its the Beethoven festival at the CSO this month
Ive got tickets to two piano recitals then im watching the 5th & 8th then the finale in a couple of weeks is the 9th. I restricted the number of concerts and went for quality seats, i love sitting in the boxes and relaxing, so much better than being squashed into the balcony seats. Symphony hall was designed for midgets, not normal size Americans !!
I know the 5th and 9th are cliched and the classical equivalent of the pop music but im still excited and looking forward to hearing them played live. Ive been listening intently to the 9th to avoid the wait syndrome that everyone tells me about, youmiss most of the peice beacuse you wait for the final bits, i do not want to make that mistake.
